How to administer a field trip and customize the automatic emails...
Once your field trip has been posted (by following the instructions here) you have access to some new features. To see them, click on the "signups" tab below the title of your field trip on your field trip page:
This will open the "administer signups" page.

Open the Create a Complete Field Trip form, and fill it out. (If you prefer to gather your information off-line, print out our Field Trip worksheet (a pdf reader is required, most computers have this loaded, if yours does not, one free option is Adobe Reader).
