Hoofs and Halters - Sheep and Lambs
When: April 1, 2010 - 1:30pm - 3:30pm
Where: Gale Woods Farm
Who: This program is for children ages 9 through 14 (4th through 8th grade). Parents and non-enrolled siblings are welcome to stay and explore Gale Woods Farm on their own during the class period.

Cost for Child/ren ages 9-14: $40.00
Description:
Hoofs and Halters is a livestock program at Gale Woods Farm where participants will learn animal husbandry skills, animal science, livestock showmanship and leadership. The spring session will focus on sheep and lambing season.
Homeschool Day at the Crystal Airport presented by Thunderbird Aviation
- Tour of Airport, Aircraft, Maintenance Hangar, and Control Tower
- Talk with a pilot, mechanic, air traffic controller, and aviation manager.
Cost:
- Tour only (approximately 1-1/4 hours): $5 per person, age 3 and under free
- Tour plus aircraft ride (approximately 2 hours): $39 per person
In case of poor weather, aircraft rides will be rescheduled for another day, but tours will continue

"Back to School" Gibbs Heritage Home School Program
The Gibbs Heritage School provides home-schooled children with a
unique field trip opportunity to learn in a nineteenth-century country
school house. This is a new three-hour history immersion program
designed for 2nd -6th grade-level children.
